In many cases, we need to have access to your property when carrying out the services offered. For this purpose we are provided with keys, passes, access codes, etc. But this also gives us access to your valuable, private home or business and we like to handle this with care. If we are provided with keys or other means of access, this will be recorded in writing;
This makes it clear to everyone how, when, why and how we can enter your property and the responsibilities are clear. And you also have a document that in many cases can easily be added to your key administration, for correct and correct registration of your issued keys. At the end of the period, you will receive the keys back and the key declaration will be mutually signed for the end of the key storage period.
We are located in and work daily in and around The Hague and so we can provide the necessary access to your properties within this region. There are many reasons to take out this service and customization is of course possible if desired.
A weekly rate of € 7.50. Always someone in The Hague who can arrive at your property quickly and with the necessary keys.
This service is only offered in conjunction with our maintenance and management services and is not a replacement for a key holder or as an alternative to security. We can only provide the necessary access by appointment, but do not offer a permanent 24-hour service.
